A heuristic evaluation of a task flow from the Zara app.

As a quick intro, a heuristic evaluation is a method for uncovering usability issues in an interface by judging the interface’s compliance with specific usability principles (i.e., heuristics). The method was developed by Jakob Nielsen, who identified 10 basic principles.

My evaluation will look at five of these principles and how well they are applied to the Zara app in a particular user task.
